I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping clients recover their innate capacity for growth and healing.
My practice is focused on guiding clients towards self-compassion and grounded embodiment in the present moment, while simultaneously supporting them in healing past traumas and attachment injuries.
I earned my Masters of Social Work (2016) from the University of Michigan, and received specialized training in parent-child relationships, attachment, and the effects of childhood trauma.
